Having pain in wrist every evening..tried with pain killers but no use Is it better to use wrist band

Hi I have joint pains in my knees and hands, intermittent nerve vibrations/tingling through out my body and chest pain in the left side sometimes. Also, when I try to sleep, the heart starts pounding very fast and my body also starts shivering from inside and to stop that, I have to get up and sit for sometime and only then it feels better. My heart beats also feels very noticeable at all times and feel something moving inside at times . Not sure what is the problem. My ecg and troponin levels are normal and I have been taking Remyelin d and Etizola tablets for two weeks now but there is no improvement and is getting worse and is going on for more than 6 months . Can somebody please explain what could be the problem and what medication should I be taking to treat these problems? Thanks in advance for any help that I can get.

HI, I had an ACL surgery in my right knee last week. For the first 3-4 days after the surgery I really struggled to move my leg and I can able to walk only with walker support. I continued to do exercise as my physio taught me. Now, after one week I can easily move my leg and I can bend my knee upto 30 degree. Also now I can able to walk without walker support. Please advice me what kind of future steps should I follow to fully recover quickly or to do a normal walking??

Hello I m feeling pain in left hip joint.even I can not walk properly.stiffness in my both the legs in morning.not able to put my feet on floor for sometime.

I have a problem of getting upper right back pain at the regular interval of 2 months for the last 5 years. The pain is unbearable and concentrated at a particular point, it decreases with time and takes 5-7 days to get normal.

Hi doctor i am facing rib bone pain area attached in screenshot.. when i touch that point pain appear like something swell..but no swelling ...i face this type of pain last 3 months gao but its go away..i have a sitting job and i drive 100km daily...last saturday i was going gym and start abs exercise after that i am facing this type of pain again...can you help me to fine out why i am facing pain in that area again and again...
