If she had pain for 2 months it might be bone or cuff injury. Consult orthopaedic dr. Physio might help. Hot or ice fomentation might help. Do scapular and cuff exercises. Consult through Practo or near by dr to get prescription to avoid any allergy or drug interactions

All the above opinions are correct rarely uric acid collection can occur in upper limbs too . Take tab dolo 650 twice a day along with uric acid medication like febutaz 40 mg once a day with other intervention previously described . Hi. See the accident two months ago doesn't seem to have anything with her upper arm pain. Patients with high bp and heart problems can have frozen shoulder.
Next Steps
Do find out if she has difficulty while raising her arm and while touching her back with that hand.
Health Tips
If she does have difficulty in doing the above activities, she may have Frozen Shoulder. I'm that case, she may need to apply a hot water bag twice a day, then apply any painkilling ointment, take mild painkillers and start shoulder exercises.
