Upper arm shoulder pain
I have upper arm pain in my hand near shoulder from where we move our hand upward. I have shown to doctor but no help. It might be muscle spasm. Please help what to do

You haven’t mentioned what medication has been prescribed to you Shoulder pain can occur due to many causes. Further management can be decided only after a physical examination
