Hello,
I have a pain in knee while jumping ... While walking there is no pain but when m doing other movement there is intolerable pain... This pain is like cramp m not able to define but it's something intolerable

--. Caldikind plus (Mankind) 1 tab OD x 10 days.

--. Fomentation with warm water. Let the part not be exposed to cold.
--. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding.

You could have jumpers knee. Get some rest, analgesics, ice packs if necessary. If the pain persists then you might have to consult an Orthopaedic surgeon either in person or over teleconsultation.
