Pain around right knee for a month. Mornings are better, pain progresses as day progresses. Doing some knee exercises, calcium and vitamin d supplements but very slow improvement. Cannot sit on chair for long or stand for long. Knee feels weak and muscles around it strained. long.

My 3.5 years child had got a hairline crack around 2.5 months back and had got a sling in his neck for 10 days after that I think he started to tell us and show that whenever he moves his neck up and down there is some snapping sound in neck but no pain, he complains of pain when he plays toys or looks mobiles for toomuch straining downwards. What can it be and what should be done.
