Hi, I think I have strained my muscle in the lower back. It hurts when I move even a little bit. When stationary, it doesn't pain that much. Please help

I have pain on my right ankle and foot after i twisted my ankle in bike accident where no major damage apart from scratch and ankle twist. However the feet area near the small finger of foot pains in cold weather and continues to pain even after walking little distance or after standing for long. Extreme pain in that foot area and ointments help for while but no result. Nothing in X ray aswell.. Need assistance

I have swelling in my right hand whenever i am back from work of 9 hour shift on computer. Pain and swelling area is inner side of elbow may be its called as tennis elbow where hand folds and i could see nerves after swelling. Need assistance on same.
