Cyst in index finger joint, had been operated once, regrowth in the same area. Please provide solution

While attempting to return a drop shot during a lawn tennis match, I rammed myself into the upper part of net made of hard wire. Both left and right arms (little below shoulders) were impacted directly, pained little bit initially but it subsided the same day. After couple of days, I saw the impacted area dark red because of blood clot but no pain. 5 days have past, situation is still the same. Does the clotted area become normal by itself? Again, no pain in moving the arms or otherwise until I touch the area, but that too very mild.

Hi, I have uneven shoulders and tightness in leftside completely. Some years back I did xray but doctor said there is no issue but I cannot drive bike and left hand is not flexible I think because of shoulders even my ribcage seems uneven I am attaching pic for reference , if you can see pics my right shoulder bone has popped out but the problem seems left side which is not flexible Thank you Ajay Saraf

Right shoulder impingement. I have visited a doctor and he advised me some medicines but it didn't work and I still get some pain while do some odd exercise. The pain is not very occasional but sometimes it gets very painful

I have back pain my doctor give me gemcal once after one weak twice a day with Cipcal 60k pouch per weak once. But still I have back pain. I have taken gemcal. Kindly prescribe best CALCIUM TABLET.

He has his hamstring muscle strained on his left leg thigh since childhood..the pain is so severe that his sleep is also disturbed every night. Doctor had advised exercise as solution.
