Bone & Muscle problems

Well defined sclerotic leison in the proximal tibial metaphysis laterally-? Bone island/osteoma. This is my x ray report.

Greetings doctors, From last few weeks i'm having pain in my fingers , hands , legs and  both sides lower back side where i wear my jeans. And also having headaches at one side of my head.. usually the pain is not that painful.. and i don't even come to know about my pain when i'm busy in some physical activity but when i sit for my studies or i use mobile phone i feel some pain in my body for few secs and later it goes away. I'm overweight right now and trying my best to reduce my weight. My hb is high and it is around 17.50 (reports attached) and i'm very tensed about condition because i've never felt these things ever before. And in addition because of google and after reading about CKD and Lupus , i'm getting more worried. For background history i do get hives once a year and get cold easily. Please help me. I have severe Back pain from last 3_4 years. Despite consultation with Top Doctors in Top Hospitals.. Never Got any permanent. relief. Consultation done with Orthopaedic Surgeons, Spine Surgeons, Gastroenterology etc Done All the testing time and again  upto MRI. Diagnosis looks like Muscle Pain But Is it curable. Had Lifestyle issues like sitting on a Computer for long hours for around 20 Years.. Any Suggestions.. Thanks in Advance

Strong Pain near ankle in left foot. And mild pain in right one. Bad posture of feet while walking .

Hello Doctor, Today after playing Table Tennis for a while I encountered a pain on the front left bottom side of knee on my right leg. When I climb stairs that point pains. When I keep my leg straight there is no pain but when I retract my leg the pain comes along. While walking the pain is not that much. What should I do now ?

I am facing acute joint pain in left knee. Consulted ortho multiple times. Done X-ray but no diagnose. Only inflammation. When I take pain killers it is ok. Once stop the pain comes back. Took tendofirm, calcium and synertab for a month but no use. Taking Rosiflex trio and kondro od. Tired of taking medicines now but the pain doesn't go. Doctor suggested MRI but I am not sure whether it will help. Please advise.
