Hydroxy 25 observed value is 13 which should vary 20-70 And uric acid is slightly high and colostrol is also 206 which should under 200 So the question is what type of food and medicine should my father take? Rh factor value is <25 which is slightly elevated Please guide me for better treatment asap

I have bow legs and today i went for vit d test and i have vit d deficiency as well. If i take vit d supplements will these bow legs cure automatically or with any exercise? Is there any way to correct it without surgery? Pls help

Is surgery required? MRI report says Partial loss of continuity of mild & distal fibers of ACL with edema in the inter condylar region s/o grade 2 tear. Grade 3 tear is seen in the posterior horn of medial and lateral meniscus reaching the inferior articular surfaces. Mild synovial effusion is seen in the knee joint and supra pattellar bursa.

I was doing weighted back squats keeping the barbell just below the neck. Now I am experiencing pain on one vertebrae on pressing it. Do I have to worry? The pain isn't radiation anywhere. I feel it only on pressing that particular vertebrae.

Hi Doctor, I am 30 years, I am having issue related to Uric acid, I workout 5 days in week, my diet consists of  morning I have 3 eggs and green salad and afternoon chapati with chicken curry(chicken 2 pc), evening fruit and dinner sometime milk and bread or chapati and vegetables then also my uric is not getting lower it is always between (7-9). Please note that my father, uncle and my cousin also have this uric acid problem so I feel it is genetically but my question why it doesn't get reduce if my diet is in control.

I have a pain in hand and legs main means its comes for only sec or 2 sec in Ankel sometime in nee and sometime in fingers too as I don't have any that much pain in which I can't move or like that I took my cbc count and esr and crp in which Esr is 10  normal but my Crp is 26 and my Uric acid is 4 is normal what should b the case
