Bone & Muscle problems

I've pain in neck region , shoulder and chest side. Unable to sleep properly due to this pain. Earlier I thought it's because of sleeping posture but it has persisted a week. I'd pain killers, warm water treatment, sprays but nothing worked out. Though, the intensity is less but it's not cured. Also I've pain in backache problem and in my legs as well. I'm unable to run. Please suggest!!

My thumb was hurt around 4 weeks ago while I was playing basketball, the ball hit my finger and bent it in an awkward manner, there is no deformity but there is pain. The pain has dulled a little but still hurts alot while holding anything, bending it, straightening it or stretching it. If I apply pressure it hurts the most, I didnt want to consult a doctor but now the pain is persistent, what should I do? I have applied cold and hot compress, it doesnt seem to work..

I banged my knee on the table yesterday afternoon and the pain is awful. When I walk or bend or straighten my knee, there is a stabbing pain at the tip of the top left corner of my knee, applied cold and hot compress, nothing is working.

I slipped and fell down and got hit by the bed. The neck got hit by the bed and my hand got pressed over the body. The hand and neck are swollen and its paining badly. Its difficult to move the hand as the inside muscles are paining.

I got a shoulder sprain, I talked to my friend n he had advised to used oxalgin nano gel, I used it for 3 days 3 to 4 times the pain is less now but is the ointment ok to use or shall I discontinue using it.

I had boxer's fracture. Doctor put straight cast and removed after at 4th week. Bone is healing with some angulation. Now I am at 5th week and I can make almost full fist but I have huge bony bump over fracture spot. Will it go away naturally?
