Bone & Muscle problems

I am suffering from knee pain from last 2 years.Nothing much found in MRI some doctors say gap berween knee bone Had lot of medicines But effect is till i take medicines

I am a 50 old male mostly my profession involves sitting on the computer or laptop for 8 hours a day I am having this shoulder pain since last one month I have tried taking painkillers and doing some exercises but they are not of much relief also so I have been having this degenerative changes in my Spine and knees I have difficulty e in raising my hand pointing towards the sky and sleeping on my right side so mostly I have to sleep on my stomach on the left side also the bed on which I am sleeping is Semi hard because of my spine problems I am not able to conclude as to why I am having the shoulder pain whether it is because of hard bed or my profession or arthritis changes I would like to have your advice as for which type of X-rays and exercises I should go for before visiting an Orthopaedic or are these  serious issues or will symptomatic treatment help?

Due to 80 km walking in two days, i got knee pain in left leg. I can stretch and bend my leg with minor pain while seeting. But while i am standing and try to walk then i cant bend it easily. I feel high pain so i have to walk by keeping my left leg straight. Please suggest treatment for this.

My left leg is fractured 1 month ago i take doctor advice and take 10rest with plaster after I come to college and using ankle band to walk anywhere but some time inconvenience to my leg part with muscle pain how to overcome it i take two times xrays photos

I have attached my knee Xray report which mentions Sclerotic lesion and bone island. I have mild pain in both my knees since last few months. The pain is very high if I kneel down on hard surface due to my heavy weight. Its becomes somewhat difficult to climb up or down. I dont remember of any serious knee or leg injury (though I have plantar fascitis). I am 5.10 tall and 98 kg heavy. Not sure of my Calcium levels as my dairy consumption is low. Is my Xray report serious or manageable with medications?

My left leg finger is very painfull, there is some spell, and I am not able to walk properly can u pls suggest god doctor
