I am a student and is turning to 16 and preparing for armed forces. But I  have flat foot and I want to know if there is any cure or treatment for flat feet .

Hi. I am staying in USA and I am having flat foot problem for both the legs from childhood.I will be getting severe pain even though I stand for 10 mins and that pain stays there.I will be playing sports and going to gym during that time I can't able to walk properly due to severity of pain.would you be able to suggest any medicines or ointment for temporary relief apart from surgery.It will be helpful.

My daughter's feet are flat. Where there should be arc, it is flat and when we touch, it feels like some soft material is present there. While standing/walking, her legs are slightly leaned as shown in photos. No pain though. How to treat this?
