Bone & Muscle problems

Hi Doctor, I feel muscle stiffness in upper back with pain. I cannot sleep at night in any direction as I feel it's more stiff and pains. I have this since 2 weeks. I work 9 to 5 but will not have this stiffness during weekend when I'm at home doing other work. Kindly advice further.
