Recently i have been diagnosed with L5-S1,i have taken all sorts of painkiller but still the problem persist .What are the best ways to manage my pain? It is really making my life problematic and i have jaw and neck problem.What might be the reason for the pain?

Recently underwent MRI because of neck pain and back, report says - L4-5 disc shows posterior bulge indenting thecal sac and Mild posterior bulge of C5-6 disc with central protrusion indenting thecal sac. What kind of exercise I can do after physiotherapy is completed.

My husband is facing pain in shin region front side on both the legs after walking for 45mins or doing thread mill of 1km or standing more than 45mins since 6 months. Suggest what to do and how to solve this problem.

I have had a surgery on patella 2 months back due to RTA, after 3 weeks was advised physiotherapy and now the doctor says my patella fracture gap is widened due to physiotherapy and has advised to wait for a month for it heal if it doesn't heal he said we will have to do another surgery.
