I am 52 years old and i have thyroid and my weight is 92...how can i remove the pain occur in the knee...how to minimize my weight...becoz of my age?we i walk more then i am getting lots of pain...when i walk on stairs then my knee pains alot...i have pain only on one knee...please do asnwer me???thank you

My mother have pain in back and joints from many years which increased after hysterectomy. Recently doctor prescribed pregabalin and hydrocloroquine for 15 days which gave relief. Can she continue hydrocloroquine OD regularly without pregabalin as she can't tolerate painkillers. Just like she have her hypertension medicine everyday can she have hydrocloroquine everyday for arthritic pain also???
