I recently came to know that my daughter has flat foot..pls advise if she can continue with gymnastics class..can i apply band if yes which one?

How can we prevent from future flat foot problems and also we have 3 year kid with same flat foot kindly advice

I have a flat foot and whenever i walk for like 30 minutes it starts to pain a lot.

I am having left flat foot and right one is normal. I consulted an orthopaedist and he asked me to wear medical arch support to reduce the pain.I bought a socks type arch support online, should I wear it for both my feet or just left one? I am feeling little uneven while walking with support just on left foot. Please help me with this.

Meet with accident before 10 days. E-rickshaw Fall on my leg basically on my ankle.. that I have too much pain in ankle area but started some home remedies..I got relaxed too but sometimes pain starts in ankle area ..so I got x-ray.. RT ankle joint AP/lat.view .. Result of x-ray- old fracture distal shaft of Rt fibula with callus formation. Thanks

Had a fall in the bathroom and looks like few ligaments were torn with swelling of Knee Joint. MRI Report attached. Local doctor suggested casting for 3 week. Pl advise if we should proceed and next steps to be followed Urgently.

I'm suffering from back pain since long time and have got a MRI LS-Spine attached. After taking rest I don't feel much pain but bending and other physical activities make it worse. Can you suggest if this can be treated with medication and physiotherapy?

I have pain in the front shoulder area while I move my right arm in certain directions. It was very mild since three months and practically zero pain or so but its unbearable nowadays. Even a slight movement pains in that area. The area is the upper most part of the arm near the shoulder joint. Please help.

Hi , I am 30 year old , I am suffering from back pain since 5 year, I had consult Many doctors still I am not getting good results. I have to travel 60 km daily and desk job up to 8 hours. Here bi attached the MRI of the back. Can anybody guide me to what to do in this situation? Thanks in advance.
