Ankle Injury
Hlo Recently 21 days ago my right foot ankle was injured and doctor suggest me to do a plaster. Yesterday my plaster was removed after 21days. I am sharing my x ray images please see the pictures is my bone is healed properly. And also after removing plaster my skin becomes darken and thick from the right ankle so is there any exercises for that.

You shoud go for physiotherapy for about a week before resuming your normal activity. It will releive your ankle stiffness that results from plaster. Put some moisturizer on skin of ankle and it will become normal in colour.
