Ankle injury
After an accident on January 28th, I came home and was able to walk with little pain but not normally. I underwent an X-ray, which showed no fractures. However, 15 days ago, I underwent an MRI, and now they're advising for a cast. I wanted to know if I have to opt for surgery or not. I have attached the MRI report

Get it Plastered and be at rest for 6 weeks. Followed by Physiotherapy ankle range of movements and strengthening exercises
