Your fracture has not healed yet. Avoid standing and walking, means putting weight on ankle. Means take bed rest for about 3weeks more. Keep ankle elevated on a pillow. Take enzoheal D tab, twice a day after meals for about a week with pantop dsr, before breakfast.
