Bone & Muscle problems

I have intermittent pain in right shoulder, Back of the head towards right side and at times same side neck. I had similar issue around 7 years back due to workout in gym. I had to stop working out for around 1 year till it got normal with the help of physiotherapy in a nearby hospital. Post that i have realized whenever i start heavy workout or play any sports involving shoulder, back movements e.g. cricket, i start getting similar pain. Pain in the back of head is very very irritating as it seems like some nerve is getting pulled when head is moved in some specific directions. Pain is not constant but it feels only in such positions. Earlier it used to come and go in few days but this time it is staying for more than 2 weeks intermittently. Apart from this i also have back pain issues. Can't stand for too long like more than an hour. Especially lower back pains a lot. Kindly help. Also, confused whether i should consult an ortho or neuro as have had treatment from ortho and physio b4

I am having pain in left thigh every night..in day time i feel ok . This is happening since 1 year my esr is 83

This is my MRI report. Bucket handle tear of body and posterior horn of medial meniscus. Chondromalacia patellae (grade I). Moderate joint effusion with suprapatellar bursal fluid. Is surgery necessary or it can be treated by physiotherapy?

Got my knee injured while playing football. And felt like the knee slipping twice following the injury on the same day. Totally 3 times. MRI report says partial thickness tear of acl, yet doctor suggested sack reconstruction surgery. MRI report attached.

My sister has been suffering from joint pain since 1year. she has diagnosised with hypothyroidism and taking medicines for this. But she is facing problems in day today life due to joint pains. She gets tired very soon. The amount of food she is taking decreases day by day,as she says nothing tastes good to her tongue. The colour of her hands also getting darker day by day. she is facing excess hairloss also. what should she do for these problems? How to treat these?

Hi I met with an accident on 17/04/2019 and operated on 19/04/2019 and doctor fitted rod in my leg with 2 screws both side. On 30/08/2019 i had a X-ray I attached in the attachment in that it is showing my bone still not joined . It is almost 5 months. I want to go for job also and it is also been 5 months that I didn't go for job. I want to ask how much more time it will take that i can go back to my job. I have deep cut under the back side of foot (eddy) where i get 15 stiches. Now the outer part of the wound is okay and stick together but inside that wound it is not healed properly. When i walk more on that it is like spoonge type very soft . When i didn't walk it is hard. But there is no pain only sometimes. Please help me for both the case and suggest me any medicine or any diet to join the bones together or anything to recover the tissues of the wound. Waiting for your answers. Thanks Vikas

Pain around right knee for a month. Mornings are better, pain progresses as day progresses. Doing some knee exercises, calcium and vitamin d supplements but very slow improvement. Cannot sit on chair for long or stand for long. Knee feels weak and muscles around it strained. long.

My Mother's right hand is severly paining from last 5 days , is there any serious issue ? Need to consult dr. ?
