Bone & Muscle problems

I met with an accident in which I got my right leg injured. The ortho specialist I'm consulting said that along with bruises on my lower leg and thigh, I also have "Muscle Contusion". During the physical examination, he found the swelling to be harder than usual and thus recommended a Venous Dopplers Test to rule out any chances of blood clots. There were no clots and the doc gave me Tab Altraday for seven days. After seven days, when I visited him again today, he saw improvement but still found the affected area to be  hard. Thus, alongside the antibiotic, he has asked me to take Ecosprin for 10 days as it will make the blood thinner. Is it safe to use Tab Ecosprin 75 for 10 days? Does it haven't any permanent effects/side effects? Is there a natural/ayurvedic alternative?

Do I need surgery, mri report  Marrow edema at the lateral femoral condyle margin and medial aspect of the patella with a small avulsed osteochondral fragment at the medial margin of the patella with partial tear of the adjacent medial retinaculum and marked adjacent soft tissue edematous changes. Findings are compatible with transient lateral patellar dislocation.   Shallow appearing trochlear groove at the level of the patellar articulation compatible with trochlear dysplasia. No evidence of patella alta or baja.  Hyperintense signal at the myotendinous junction of the vastus medialis muscle compatible with partial tear.  Moderate suprapatellar and knee joint effusion.  Fluid in the pes anserine bursa and edema along the posterior myofascial planes.  Grade II signal of medial collateral ligament.    Anterior cruciate ligament sprain.   Grade II signal in anterior horn of lateral meniscus. No evidence of tear.  Please correlate clinically.

My mother has been diagnosed for dengue recently 20 days back but the reports has shown negative results. But she is suffering from severe joint pains throughout the body. So recently we  took the CBP reports but the platelet count also seems to be normal. Could u pls suggest what should we do?

Dear Sir, I observe pain while performing any activity with right shoulder, I suspect right shoulder joint pain and I believe dislocated, problem started during gym workout  Earlier I used to perform 25 push up in one set now I cannot do the same as well as other workout excercise.

My husband had a fall from Activa and got scaphoid fracture about 10 days back. He has been advised for 6 weeks plaster. Today, he is feeling peircing pain below the thumb till the wrist despite the plaster and no pain before. I wanted to ask if this pain is normal or is there anything concerning? I undergone arthoscopic shoulder dislocation surgery 3 yrs back , unexpectedly my shoulder got dislocated again today while doing normal stretching ,,but it got reseted normally . Now i dont know what to do and why it happened again after surgery. And what will be the treatment or remedy for not to happen again. Pls suggest what i have to do next ?
