Knee pain and ankle pain swelling and all body joint pains feeling of energyless Unable to walk properly due to severe pain

I have been diagnosed with ulnar nerve subluxation in my right elbow. Can it be acute due to tricep workouts? Are exercises helpful?

Dear doctor, past two days am suffering from right knee pain sometimes pain occur inbetween time gab....

After driving some distance (about 1hr), My left knee starts paining. After taking some rest, I am able to drive some more distance. Recently, long journey (around 10hrs) happened. Pain increased for left knee. After two days of that journey, both knees, heel, some other parts below knee also start paining.

I recently had a PCL reconstruction under a arthroscopic surgery using stg graft along with partial menisectomy. It's been 3 weeks since the surgery and since two days I feel a slight pull near the knee, the pull is mildly sharp and happens when I usually try to get up from a lay down position. Is it something that I need to be worried about and reach out to my surgeon? Or is it part of the recovery? Also, there is a small portion of the skin which has become relatively hard after removing the dressing tapes. I'm not sure if it's the adhesive from the tapes! The region is hard compared to other part of the leg. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you
