Hello. I have shoulder pain on the left starting from left side below the neck till arm. Please let me know how to reduce this or should I go to hospital

I play badminton regularly and i feel knee pain in the afternoon or evening while climbing stairs etc. However, i dont feel any pain while playing or after a long sleep in night. How do i overcome this pain?

Hello, I have a horizontal tear in the medial meniscus in the posterior horn of the right knee as indicated by the MRI radiology report. In the beginning, I had difficulty walking and straightening the leg. But after a month's physio exercises, I can now straighten my legs perfectly while in the sitting position but not in the standing position. I cannot walk as freely as before nor can I stand for a long time. I can say it has gotten 60% better than before. Also I do not have any pain while walking or sitting and also don't have any swelling in the knee. But there is still instability while walking or while performing daily activities.

Getting knee joint pain in early age just 30... since 3-4 month. pain is not regular it occurs after wakeup, long sitting. is it due to deficiency of calcium, vitamin D as I have very low exposure in the Sun.

Sir/madam, my niece 11 year old fall from 10 feet height upstairs, it was found in Xray the femoral neck fracture with dislocation, with in 48 hours of fracture she undergone surgery by fixing CC Screw.  Doctors recommended to take two months bed rest, after two mo nths they advised to walk with less weight with the help of a supporting stand, after completion of three months surgery it was came to know CC Screws broken and there is non union, now the doctors are delaying for re surgery as it is a critical process, and planning to do osteotomy strategy. I am suffering from knee pain for a few months now. It increases everytime I walk a little more than normal. I can also hear a clicking sound often. Please let me know how to deal with it.

I was diagnosed with ulnar nerve subluxation in my right elbow  4 months back...doctor advised me surgery back then...but with nerve gliding and elbow tricep strengthening exercises the snapping is less frequent and tingling of fingers is almost gone...I am on holidays and can only afford a surgery during this time...shall I go for it? Also I want to be regular at gym after getting done with this issue.
