When my palm is making 90degree angle with my hand there is a sharp pain near the thumb joint(attached picture to show exact location) . I had a minor  accident 2 years back when i had fell from my scooted and landed on wrists . There always was some discomfort but now it's a bit more on right hand i cant freely rotate wrists .can't do pushups or similar exercises. I am a guitar player and very worried about this situation. Can it be resolved ?

Is there any chance of MRI being false? It said grade 3 anterior horn meniscus tear. But my knee never swelled up. I returned to normal activity in 15 days. Started running in 4 months. But it pinches sometimes. Whenever i consult a doctor he says to have surgery? Its not that i cant afford surgery. I have a mediclaim. TPAs are ready to pass my case. But i dont want it. Will it effect my sports?
