It's been 2 weeks since I got the ankle sprain. Pain has been reduced to some extent. Is it better to apply ice OR hot water ? And if we are applying ice even now is there any disadvantage?

I have thyroid nd m feeling hands stiffness .doc advised to have defcart 6mg .I have.using using it since a month .now m not getting periods. Can I stop taking defcart ? Will it have any side effects if I stop taking

I feel so much body pain all the time,this pain increased after physical work out,even after walking or doing yoga or any kind of excercises but if i don't do any excercises i feel more lathargy and depressed.Am diabetic,taking medicine of hypothyroidism also,at the same time calcium suppliment. Can I take santivini tonic as suppliment? Please suggest. Medicines i am currently taking- Metformin 50/500*2 Glimpiride Throxin-50mg Calcium suppliments(different variants) Meera 56 years old.
