My RA factor is positive at around 80.
ESR is 24
Anti CCP , CRP, Uric acid , CBC are within required range.
Pain is only in one hand after I sprained it and it has not improved with Nsaid s medication.MRI shows subtle synovial thickening and joint Fluid.
Is this RA considered very High? Do I have arthritis or is this because of trauma

No, here the trauma has aggravated your symptoms. the primary problem is RA. You need to see a Rheumatologist and bring RA under control. that might require long term medication.
