My joints( hands, legs,knees)  are cracking too much these days while sleeping, or walking or during any movement randomly , although they are painless. What should I do, can it be due to a deficiency or beginning of some disease, should I opt for complete checkup? it has started almost from 3 months, before that it wasn't too much cracking

Spine specialist prescribed me a capsule palmiges 2 times a day pls tell me any side effect of this tablet

I am suffering from sacroiliitis in right side.so I have severe pain in lower back, buttock, thigh,also leg.Doctor advised me Ace Proxyvon cr, osteopos 70, dv 60 k tablet and LS belt & volin gel.but not control in pain. I have severe pain which is uncontrollable please suggest me tablet for pain.

I got diagnosed with arthritis a few months back. Doctor diagnosed it with reactive arthritis because all my reports for Crp, rf and anti ccp came back negative. The medicine gave me side effects so I had to stop them for a while. Meanwhile a few days back I started noticing this lump on both my wrist, one below my last toe on left foot, thehyare not painful but when I touch my palm I can feel some stiffness and swelling in some parts. Will these go away on their own? Is it something serious? Have attached some pictures for you to have a look at the lumps. They are not very big but visible to naked eye.

I am going for running from one month. Legs are paining. Please suggest me some vitamins and calcium tablets or food.

I have problem in my right knee not pain but discomfort like sometimes popping and locking like sensation I have taken vitamin d 4 tablets once a week and for some months the discomfort is not there but again it re appeared and felt little holding kind of sensation when folding leg.Finally I went to second opinion Doctor twisted knee and checked told might be meniscus tear, keyhole surgery maybe require  i'm worried I don't want those Is there a way to treat with tablets or physiotherapy(he mentioned so) my weight is 55 and I'm 5'3 I usually walk a lot I dont play sports as well.Thinking to start exercise but keeping this thing in my mind I'm unable. Months back  I saw a famous hospital hoarding showing keyhole surgery for knee I just thought my situation is also going to be like this and just happened it was like I have to prepare for worst. Waist is paining from 3-4 days while sitting down or standing up. It is also paining while going to bed.it won't pain much while walking.what may be the symptoms?
