Since last 7 days severe pinching pain in the right side shoulder which stretches to lower side of right back...Sometimes there is tingling sensation in the right hand fingers

Hi doctor, i have sharp pain when i touch my right side of rib lower bone ..at one point, when i touch or press sharp pain appear...i have a sitting job 8 hours and dialy i deive 100kms... pain in only point point..this type of pain i experimce last 3 months ago on same position then its go away ...

I am getting back pain (on either side of my ribs in the back portion) in sleep every night for few hours. I am unable to sleep properly because of it. It is slightly there after I wake up in morning. During the day, I don't have it. Again comes back in the nights. What could be happening ?
