Bone & Muscle problems

Got this injury a month back while playing football and falling in wing directing of foot causing the ligament to stretch. Doctor gave me enzoheal for 10 days. Said if I'm not able to walk out run, or climb up or down stairs, I've to do Mri. But I was ok after 10 days with slight pain if I squat or sit on bed. Did wear knee cap and applied cool pack. But still can't squat for long time or sit with folded legs on bed, if I do have a burning sensation and lil pain. Please suggest what should I do. I'm controlling my diet to reduce weight but I need to exercise and run.

I am 26 year old.my knees hurt while running also sitting up,is that calcium difficiancy or something else?

I had muscle spasm in right leg starting from the hip because of that the orthopedic doctor prescribed me Nervigen NP . And before consulting orthopedic doctor my family doctor prescribed me Neurobion. After going to the orthopedic doc I stopped talking Neurobion. Last night by mistake I took both these tablets and after getting up in the morning I'm feeling very weak and feeling sleepy. So is this serious and what should I do. Pls help me I'm worried. TIA

I have a complete tear of proximal and mid fibre of ACL ligament in my left knee and it happened 5 months back while playing badminton.. I had knee instability only once after injury.. now I don't have instability while walking .. doctors has advised for arthoscopic surgery but I don't want to go for surgery. Is there any other way to get cured without surgery??

I am having pain in my pinly foot toe,when i wear closed shoes for long it pains veru badly after sometime. My toe has become bigger in size and looks like a bump on it. I have banged my pinky toe at young age in corners of bed or sofa.. Do i need surgery to correct it bcz this is getting painful

I was hit by a football on my left hand. I had an X-ray done for my wrist and it said: 1. No fracture or dislocation 2. The radiocarpal, carpometacarpal and intercarpal joints are normal in configuration and alignment 3. No bony abnormality is identified 4. Minimal periarticular soft tissue swelling seen around the wrist 5. Unremarkable radiographs of the left wrist What does this mean?

This is my mother MRI report attached. I can see some L4 and L5 problem in the report, but doctor is telling everything fine.. but my mom still has back burning sensation.

Hi,I noticed near my neck I have red swollen pain from 10days back.but it's very severe when I woke up early in the morning after doing some neck movements pain is little reduced.taken diclofinac spray n colpol T tablet.but it's reduced little.kindly suggest me.i m a working women with kid of2.5yrs age.warm compression used but how long we need to take this,how many times a day I need to apply.wt is the exactly issue?why am I getting this pain . kindly suggest me.
