It may be sciatica - compression of nerve from the back. Lower abdominal pain due to many reasons. Make sure you are not constipated. Drink plenty of water to avoid dehydration because dehydrated disc is more prone to injury. Do back exercises. Don’t bend forward - it will increase the pressure in the disc. Consult orthopaedic dr.

Looking at the history given by you and assuming that you are unable to seek medical care due to corona virus lock down I am giving my opinion. The pain in there leg can be due to problem from back raising into thet legs. A disc protrusion can cab cause such a pain especially after unaccustomed work. If you don't have any history of diabetes , hypertension, renal disease or allergies then you can try Tab Nucoxia MR twice a day along with Volitra gel  hot fomentation and rest.
Next Steps
Rest of very important. And if no relief even ahet rest and medication then kindly consult with an orthopaedic surgeon or consult me with reports directly on Practo
Health Tips
Caution to be exercised before taking medication as there are chances of acidity, nausea , vomiting, gastric irritation, constipation and allergic reaction . if this happens then please show the nearest consultant on an emergency basis.
