Joint pain
Hi Doctor, I have joint pains of fingers and knees from long period. Is there any Possibility of arthritis...? Please advice. Thanks.

It may be due to inflammatory arthritis or vitamin deficiency or muscle weakness. Do quads exercises for knee. Use hot water in mug - hand exercises. Take vitamin d calcium and vitamin 12. Regular walking or exercises 20 minutes a day. Once corona virus settles consult orthopaedic dr near you.

Looking at the history and assuming that you are unable to seek any medical care due to corona virus lock down I am offering you my advice.
Pain in fingers and knees can be due to various reasons from weakness of bones to different type of arthritis.
Do you have stiffness in joints more so in the morning which decreases as the day progresses?
Does your pain increasing during winter or rainy season or in cold environment?
Next Steps
The best thing would be get examined by an Orthopaedic surgeon.
You need to get X-rays and blood investigations.
Basic Blood investigations include CBC, RA, Serum uric acid, ESR, CRP Quantitative, Liver function test, serum VIT D and Vit B and Serum creatinine.
Get the X-ray and blood tests and review with doctor or send me the reports if possible and consult with me on Practo directly.

Have u done any investigations for that.
Is there any morning stiffnes in joints
In ur age cause of joint pains is basically either metabolic or inflammatory.
