Hi Doctor, I am suffering with lower middle back pain. As I am looking to buy new mattress. Can you please suggest me good matress ex. Spring etc which gives me relaxation to my back

My knee joint giving me lots of trouble,I can't stand for much time,it starts hurting,knee and near by all leg muscles and bones, simultaneously back also hurts,I feel pain and stiffness at the same time at my back bone too. Now a days even can not walk for a long time neither stand...I am very active women and I want to be active through out my life, don't want to depend upon others for work and all and I was also very regular to do excercise on daily basic like gym(light weight training) and yoga,but now from last few months it is totally stopped due to some reason. Now I started gym very light excercise but knee and back hurts a lot. Don't know what to do, don't want to take pain killer. Requesting to  doctors on this platform  to suggest me some useful tips and some medicines which can make me more active not dull. Thanks and best regards.

I have been suffering from joint pain  in both knee especially in nights for more than a year and checked many physicians for this and took also advised to took lot of blood samples  RA test came normal and lot more blood test finally took vitamin D3 on four months back came around 17 with magnesium level 2.18 and suggestions to take vit d 60k for weekly once and remmeg 400mg for three months so i continued almost two months later felt somewhat better but had knee pain quite often and then last month i checked my vit d level it came 46 around and suggested to continue remmeg with  folvite mb daily once this time and said my megnisum level is getting down thats why paining so i took one day but my pain gets worse than before ... Do i get affecting due to these medicines shall i take magnesium tab for long and do i continue this medicine please guide to recover from these its killing everyday
