Madam/Dear Sir, As I am suffering from knee joint pain after I got a kick while playing football,I do not have the enough strength while running and walking as earlier.I had consulted one orthopedic doctor already,and he opined there may be some rupture in your knee meniscus.Kindly advise on how to recover from the same in a speedy manner. I have pain on my right ankle and foot after i twisted my ankle in bike accident where no major damage apart from scratch and ankle twist. However the feet area near the small finger of foot pains in cold weather and continues to pain even after walking little distance or after standing for long. Extreme pain in that foot area and ointments help for while but no result. Nothing in X ray aswell.. Need assistance
