Bone & Muscle problems

Expereince pain in my sternum bone mostly in the mornin it has increasedsince a few days ..hav taken painkillers itz a litl better but it keeps recuring

I had a minor accident in bike on Sep 4th and was feeling pain in my left arm wrist. There was nothing visible in Xray. When Doctor pressed underneath area of thumb, it was paining. So Doctor diagnosed it as Scaphoid Tenderness and put a plaster cast from my left arm thumb till elbow. After 3 weeks, when we took X ray. Doctor said there was hair line crack and put a synthetic cast for another 3 weeks. On Oct 16th, he removed the cast. He didnt take X Ray, as I was not feeling pain in that thumb area. But I was feeling pain when I bend/swing my wrist. He said that pain will subsidy slowly and ask me to practise swinging my wrist. 2 weeks passed, still am facing slight pain when I bend my wrist (pain has reduced). I am not able to lift weight in that hand. My questions are: 1. How many more days it would take to cure completely so that I can drive bike? 2. When there is no sign of crack available at the initial stage how did it occur after 3 weeks? 3. Am I prone to fractures in future?

I have neck pain near the center.. Along with neck and shoulder stiffness .. Also getting ocassional low back pain.. Slight swelling also visible near the trapezoid muscles on the shoulders.. Tried many stretching exercises.. The pain seems to I'm down and come back in minutes. Kindly please help me understand this. Regards SUNDARESAN

I hv been having this pain for years . It's internal and does not seem to in bones but some nerves or tendon. Its extremely painful on touching and the my hand goes fully numb for a min or so if it is touched. The point is near to where we get a shock when hit near the elbow join on the inside towards chesh when hand is folded. PL help understand what it can be and whom to consult. Thanks

PROBLEM : im facing a pain in lower back a tightened feel , when it released a huge gas is produced and its free if not then pain radiated to thighs , shoulders and even causes me severe headache and if tightened feel in low back continues means there will be difficulty in going bathroom and urine ,  I dont know what's happening in my body , in my mri reports showing everything is clear but still  standing , running causes tightness in thigh and causes me headache , if i keep on tightening my thighs it produces me massive headache and severe pain in whole spinal cord , can anyone suggest me whats my problem from this Mri and how can i proceed further , because i have consulted many doctors but everything in vain , kindly suggest me how to proceed further

I am forced to drive about 150kms daily for work. I have developed pain in thighs and calf muscles and knees. (I have torn meniscus in both knees many years ago.). Currently I have pain almost all the time and more when getting up from sitting posture. Once I start to walk after some time pain reduces. But getting up is very painful..

The right side of my ribcage is bent and it's protruding outward. I'm also seeing a strength imbalance in the gym because of this. Which doctor should I consult about this? I was told a bone setter can resolve this. I'm not sure if I trust them. I also can't seem to find many cases very similar to mine on the internet. So, let me know which doctor I should consult with: orthopedist or a chiropractor

I had some spine related lower back problem since 12 days and I was advised for a week bed rest. Doctor presumed it to be more slip disk but after rest and medication the pain is feeble. My next doctor had advised altraday , zerodol th... My question is if pain is lowered can we stop the medicines
