Ankylosing spondylitis
I am suffering from ankylosing spondylitis past 12 year. In 2014 i am diagnosed with TB, after TB treatment i couldn't walk without support, my spinal core bent down, my body flexibility go down and i always have pain in my joints & lower back. In past 6 year i took allopathy, homeopathy, ayurveda treatment but no improvement.

Hi, well-directed allopathy gives very good results, both for mobility and pain relief, provided you don't yet have bony fusion of your spine and SI joints. You would most likely need biologic therapy to get control of your AS. But some biologics are incompatible with past TB, while some are quite safe. It needs a proper evaluation to arrive at what is the best option for you.. At present, in lockdown you would need to rely on your NSAID pain relievers prescribed by your regular doctor. And please remember to avoid steroids at all costs. Tc

This treatment is being suggested on bases of the information provided. However I would like to examine & investigate you  in detail. -Control  Hypertension, Diabetes or any other metabolic disorder, if there is any. -Any way it may be tried, --. Dolokind Plus (Mankind) [Aceclofenac100 mg +Paracetamol 350 mg] 1 tab. OD & SOS. X 5 days. --. Caldikind plus  (Mankind) 1 tab OD x 10 days. -(You may need help of your local doctor to get these medicines.) --. Fomentation with warm water. Let the part not be exposed to cold. --. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding. --. Use no pillow under the head. --. Avoid painful acts & activities. -- .Do mild exercises for all the affected parts, particularly breathing exercises. --.(Take help of physiotherapist or you can visit my you tube channel nc gupta me and my yoga). --Do not ignore, let it not become beginning of a major problem. --Do ask for a detailed treatment plan. You need a detailed assessment by a Rheumatologist who can decide best future therapy. If disease is active you may find benefit with biological therapy.
