Got an mri for knee pain when putting pressure on knee like climbing stairs or prolonged sitting. MRI says grade 3 chondromalcia changes along lateral patellar facet with subchondral marrow edema, grade 1signal in posterior horn in medial meniscus,mild thinning of articular cartilage along the anterior and mid portion of medial femoral condyle and medial tibia plateau and mild knee joint effusion.

Hello Dr. I met with an accident on 27th September and had a surgery for ORIF for tibia adjustment. It's been almost 3 months now (1 week left). I am curious to know if I can start normal walk with full load? If not now then when would that be possible? I use all time PTB brace on my leg for stability and load distribution. Can I stop using it also? Is my bone healed enough to bear my weight (78kgs) for normal daily function? Please check X-rays. Thanks in advance.

My left hands finger got swelled up due to football playing. It's not paining unless trying to make movement. But it's not comfortable. Pls advise. I have applied ice cubes .

Hello doctors I got hit by a chair in the office on the front of the right knee. After consulting a doctor and getting my MRI scan done it was confirmed that I have a grade 1 ACL sprain and a horizontal tear in the medial meniscus in the posterior horn. It has been a month and a half and I have been doing all the physiotherapy exercises for hamstrings and quadriceps as directed by physiotherapist. I can walk now without any pain but there is no stability and I can feel that my leg is loose at the joint. Should I continue the physiotherapy exercises or get Arthroscopy done? Please suggest. My right acl was torn one year back and i was treated with prp injection but still even now i can't run and i still feel disturbance in the knew, My doctor says it's because of weak knew it'll be ok with proper exercise, even though I have been working on the given exercises it is still the same, what might be the reason??
