Consult orthopaedic dr near you. She may be osteoporosis with osteoarthritis. Need further evaluation. Do muscle strengthening exercises. Quads exercises. Vitamin d and calcium might help. Make sure BP and diabetic under control.

Kindly describe the pain like When did it start? What she was doing the moment it started? Is it progressing? Is it coming from hip/buttocks ? Is it going to foot / toes? What is the nature of pain like is it cramping pain? Is she feeling numbness /pin prick sensation? What makes her better? Like sitting or lying makes her better standing makes her better? Kindly try to answer above mentioned questions. Perhaps I shall be able to help her.

Hi, Your complaints are too vague. There are many parts in the leg and numerous causes of pain for each region.
Next Steps
To know what exactly is the problem and where, you can come down to the clinic after the lockdown or you can consult online.
