Pain at shoulder
Pain at back rhomboid from two weak 😔 . Last suddenly it was started very severe and she was started crying. Sometimes it is ok and sometime it started very severe.. Please let is know.. Is it any serious.

Hi! Your problem might be due to strained scapular muscles, which is likely postural. You ll need rest, NSAIDs, local application in form of a gel. When pain is relieved, you may be put on scapula strengthening exercise regimen. You can consult an Orthopaedic surgeon on Practo for a prescription for this issue and your rehab protocols.

This treatment is being suggested on bases of the information provided. However I would like to examine & investigate you  in detail. Control  Hypertension, Diabetes or metabolic disorder, if there is  any. Any way it may be tried, --. Dolokind Plus (Mankind) [Aceclofenac100 mg +Paracetamol 350 mg] 1 tab. OD & SOS. X 5 days. --. Caldikind plus  (Mankind) 1 tab OD x 10 days. (You may need help of your local doctor to get these medicines.) --. Fomentation with warm water. Let the part not be exposed to cold. --. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding. --. Use no pillow under the head. --. Avoid painful acts & activities. -- .Do mild exercises for back. --.(Take help of a physiotherapist or, visit my you tube channel 'ncgupta me and my yoga'.) --Do not ignore, let it not become beginning of a major problem. --Do ask for a detailed treatment plan. It may be muscle strain / underlying problem in chest or cardiac problem if it is on left side. Try hot or ice fomentation. If not settling try physiotheraphy IFT / USG massage. Vitamin d and calcium might help . Muscle relaxant might help. Consult orthopaedic dr or online.

Was there any history of strain or injury..? You may need muscle relaxant Physiotherapy : IFT/TENS may help.. Local application of flexabenZ OINTMENT And hot fomentation may also help Ping me for other queries..
