Pain in Ribs ,Shoulder,Hand ,head,teeth
Have pain ( some times severe) in Ribs (Upper chest and left is the most) , Shoulders ,Neck ,Back of the head ,Side head ,Hands and also tooth sensitivity  . Some uneasyness in stomach.All these occurs daily .All the symptoms are majorly left side and less seen on right part . Had Vit D deficiency and B12 , 3 months back but after medication they are back to normal .But symptoms still persists .Not sure it is because of the deficiency . Consulted doctor again and as prescribed started taking Vit D( Weekly) tablets ,VitB12(daily) and OsteoFit Max (Daily) .This is from last 4 days . Exposing to sunlight morning daily from 4 days . So far no improvement . please help me . 1)How much does it take for these medicines to Start showing improvement . 2) Are symptoms correlating to any other issue . If any  pattern from these symptoms, please guide me to test/check them . 3) Any suggestions . PLEASE HELP NOTE : Last week had ECG ,TMT tests done .Last month Echo .All reports are normal .

This treatment is being suggested on bases of the information provided. However I would like to examine & investigate you  in detail. -Control  Hypertension, Diabetes or any other metabolic disorder, if there is any. -Any way it may be tried, --. Dolokind Plus (Mankind) [Aceclofenac100 mg +Paracetamol 350 mg] 1 tab. OD & SOS. X 5 days. --. Caldikind plus  (Mankind) 1 tab OD x 10 days. -(You may need help of your local doctor to get these medicines.) --. Fomentation with warm water. Let the part not be exposed to cold. --. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding. --. Use no pillow under the head. --. Avoid painful acts & activities. -- .Do mild exercises for the affected part. --.(Take help of physiotherapist or you can visit my you tube channel nc gupta me and my yoga). --Do not ignore, let it not become beginning of a major problem. --Do ask for a detailed treatment plan.
