My sons have flat foots... His legs are bending now.. About 8years of age he suffering from heavy pain.. He using middle heels shoe.. I want permanent solution..

Hi. I am staying in USA and I am having flat foot problem for both the legs from childhood.I will be getting severe pain even though I stand for 10 mins and that pain stays there.I will be playing sports and going to gym during that time I can't able to walk properly due to severity of pain.would you be able to suggest any medicines or ointment for temporary relief apart from surgery.It will be helpful.

I have flat foot since childhood .when i sit my arch can be seen but when i stand up it disappears .can it be cured by exercises or therapies?

My daughter's feet are flat. Where there should be arc, it is flat and when we touch, it feels like some soft material is present there. While standing/walking, her legs are slightly leaned as shown in photos. No pain though. How to treat this?

I have a flat foot and whenever i walk for like 30 minutes it starts to pain a lot.

I am having left flat foot and right one is normal. I consulted an orthopaedist and he asked me to wear medical arch support to reduce the pain.I bought a socks type arch support online, should I wear it for both my feet or just left one? I am feeling little uneven while walking with support just on left foot. Please help me with this.
