Radioculpathy left side from left foot .. and pain from lumber ... Left side compressive pain ligament painfully

My brother has shoulder pain only in some angles,he complains of pain during sports activities,got an mri done here is the report attached. Can this be cured by physiotherapy. What is the next thing to be done.

Ligament tear in right with Grade 2. Please provide whether it can be healed by itself or needs ACL surgery.

Sir, there is a pain in the back of my back, it also hurts in the back neck, inside the left foot, near the knee and back near the open.

From past 25 days i am getting a severe backpain in the left side...while walking and sleeping there is no pain...when ever i tried to bend its paining and i was unable to bend... I once twisted my right leg a little bit while getting off train. No sprain or pain but I feel my leg is a bit stiff in the back side of the knee and sometimes there is a clicking sensation there too. It's been a month. Should I worry?
