Bone & Muscle problems

I use to go gym and I stopped because I have right shoulder pain near to join due to that I can't raise my hand suddenly and keep behind my head while asleep. Now this is happening with left shoulder but mild one. Request for suggestions for certain doc to visit n treatment.

My Uric Acid level is 6.2 and sometimes my toes, ankle and fingers pain. What should I do. I would be very grateful for the advice. Thank you.

I have attached scan report. Is this can be cured permanently. I have back pain since 8 months. Currently taking treatment in Siddha. I am working as a software engineer at a startup company. Need to sit and work for atleast 9hrs per day. I used to go for jogging in the morning and I stopped now as I feel pain increased.

Hello Sir, I am 26yrs got injured my knee a week back , and done xray and mri as per xray no bone damage , and visited orthopaedic surgeon and after examining my knee he was suspecting MCL tear , after doing MRI the reports says high grade partial ACL tear , I am not a active sports man , and I do little workout , does this need surgery orelse sports physio is enough . Kindly pls suggest me for this ..

The fracture bones have been for, and the leg have not been bearing weight for 12weeks ago after the injury.Please, when Should I begin to use the leg to bearing weight of the body
