Pain when I fold fingers
Usually I don't feel any pain, but when I press down index finger I feel pain near metacarpus. Same with my thumb. I have tendency to press my fingers so that it makes tak sound. It is my habit but now if I press it start paining. Though I stopped doing it, still the pain persisted even after 6 months.

This treatment is being suggested on bases of the information provided. However I would like to examine & investigate you  in detail. -Control  Hypertension, Diabetes or  metabolic disorder, if there is any. -Any way it may be tried, --. Dolokind Plus (Mankind) [Aceclofenac100 mg +Paracetamol 350 mg] 1 tab. OD & SOS. X 5 days. --. Consult orthopaedic dr. Do hand exercises in hot water. Vitamin d and b12 along with calcium might be helpful. You need further evaluation.

Dnt crack u r fingers it is not good for u r finger joints . Get them examined once with a hand surgeon or Orthopedic surgeon .There might be a possibility of tendinitis
