RIGHT NECK BONE PAIN TILL RIGHT HAND
From last 1 and half months I am feeling s strange pain which starts from my right side of neck then neck bone stiff ness and upper right strange pain in chest and same till mid on back .its feel like wake up after a wrong sleeping position.  It doesnt pain at all if I dont move. No swelling or color change of skin But if I more or use my right hand ..its start aching..seems like muscles tearing. Warm water bag helped immediate to controll the pain.. Please suggest .

It looks like you are not following the " ergonomics" property and your neck got strained much.so follow the proper position of neck to avoid strain and take analgesics, hot water fermentation. Avoid big pillow while sleeping. For further information consult me directly through practo app.

Most probably it looks like cervical paraspinal muscle spasm on rt side. Take rest and hot water bag fomentaion with some muscle relaxers tablets.
