Pain in neck till toe
I have pain in neck till left hand.it will pain more in night time while sleeping & discomfort also,sometimes it will be numb both hand and leg left request to suggest suitable remedy or advise solution

Hello Practo User, Your problem is due to compression of nerves in the neck. Correct your posture. Don't bend your neck forwards. Reduce use of mobile Phone or computer. Don't sit for long time. Take frequent breaks.
