Bone & Muscle problems

Hi, I have lumbarization of S1 and it was diagnosed on March 2018. I was under treatment including physio. But it doesn't make any improvement. Since 2018 I couldn't able 2 sleep over left side. I m always having pain around my lower back region and it's been radiating towards my left leg. I m having 2 sons both were C section. One is 4 yrs old and other is 9 months old. I could feel swelling over tat region and now a days I m having pain around my pelvic region. While passing urine I can feel tightness in tat place. While taking bathe, I m having numbness around my lower back. Wat 2 do..I m staying at Chennai near kundrathur.. Due 2 curfew I couldn't able 2 go 4 treatment. Wat 2 do?

Pain in lower back. Reasons I feel are inappropriate posture and faulty mattress. I have started doing core lower back exercise. Do I need medication or just these exercise will help. Should I do anything else as well?

Hi.. doctor.. having too much pain in my lower back which is going only in my left leg above ankle.. since last three days m taking ( flexura d) tablets twice in a day  and also doing hot water pad ....but not feeling relief in pain specially in leg..plz suggest what shoul I do???

Dear all i am 37 yrs male i am facing issue while sitting down walking and stretching my legs there is pain in my both knees even using stairs it is too much and in my left hand i feel jhanjhanahat some time like its getting numb my vitamin D is 15.6 what will be the reason and how can i get rid of this. I actually don't know how to describe my problem. For a year I am facing problem like pain in leg when I run or during playing cricket such as at the time of bowling I feel impact on my shin. And after 2-3 three run steps I am not able to do work because of pain . Sometimes I feel pain back of my knee. Onces I tried to run for three months but pain Don't go so I think its not a muscular pain . And during pain my leg is like not to withstand properly on ground. Can someone kindly tell me what is the problem . Whether it is deficiency of calcuim. Ur something other because approx one year ago I shifted to cold place and problem also arises there. Did I have to consult orthopedic ur it is a case of neurology. Thanks and regards
