Cervical Spondolysis
Pain radiating from left side of neck towards the left hand. Tried, Zerodol-P, Mobizox, Tramadol-50 but no relief. X-ray cervical spine shows cervical spondolysis with reduced disc space between c5 and c6.

Physio in form of IFT and usg massage plus or minus traction might help. Consult orthopaedic dr. Once pain settles do neck muscle strengthening exercises.

According to your history you are suffering from prolapse disc at c5-c6 which causes nerve compression leads to radiating pain

If pain is persistent, you need to get an MRI of cervical spine done. Avoid lifting weight, vigorous neck movements and 2 wheeler. You can try pregabalin if not taken after consulting a neuro specialist nearby or can contact me.

It's simple nerve pinching . Avoid using  pillow and mobile phone. Do some cervical exercises . Continue mobizox .keep yourself hydrated.It will subside in due course of time. Apply gel locally with hot foamentation. If pain persists after 3 days then consult
