Physiotheraphy in the form of IFT and usg massage might help. You need further evaluation. Consult orthopaedic dr. Pain may be due to disc buldge compressing the nerve to left leg. Drink plenty of water to avoid dehydration because dehydrated disc is more prone to injury or buldge. Once pain settles do back muscle strengthening exercises
