I have few queries regarding
Vitamin D
1. Which all food sources apart from fish are rich in Vitamin D?
2. What is minimum amount of time that we should be exposed to sun for adequate synthesis of Vitamin D?
3. What is ideal time for exposure to sun? - some articles says it should be 8 am to 11 am post that you could get tanned and harm while others says 11 am to 2 pm is ideal time as UVB is highest at this time!
