Right leg pain
Hello Dr Im hvg pain in my right lower leg from past 1month. My orthopaedic prescribed caldikind plus, evion lc for 2mths nd miofree a 4 for 15days nd if pain persists then to do venous doppler. The doppler test was normal but i hv pain on nd off even now. Dr asked me to stop miofree nd continue with other meds nd to take miofree only if there is severe pain. My pain isn't severe but there is pain while standing nd lot of discomfort. My weight is betn 79-80kgs. No excercise nd no walks. Lot of stress due to which i feel breathlessness on nd off . Visits chest physician once a while. Hysterectomy was done in 2011 due to multiple fibroids, ovaries r intact, in 2005 had TB in ureter nd was operated in 2006 . Dome part of the ureter had to b cut off due to strictures nd boari flap is fitted. In 2017again had infection in ureter nd some part had to b cut off. Urine infection is on nd off. Right now having meds like Alesa probiotic. Menopausal symptoms on nd off. Taking thyronorm50 5daysweek

If You say Doppler was done and is normal, I am guessing the problem is around the calf. Also, your lack of activity in terms of walking and exercising might have lead to tight a calf
Next Steps
Stretch for calf muscle regularly. that should help you to some extent.
