Knee issues
When i stand after sitting then the sound (tuck)comes  from my left knee and sometimes little finger of leg, neck and back portion of waste are paining.

This is normally due to gliding of tendons over bone or vacuum formation. Do muscle strengthening exercises. Consult near by Ortho doctor whenever you can in person (after Corona virus settles).
