Pain above knee
I have pain above knee at thighs below buttock. In the night around. 2.00 to 4.00 and in the morning when passing stool . I dont know the reason . It is for last six months. Than I sit on  chair and get relief. after 5.15 minutes or I stretch legs standing for 5 to 15 minutes

This treatment is being suggested on bases of the information provided. However I would like to examine & investigate the patient  in detail. -Control  Hypertension, Diabetes or any other metabolic disorder, if there is any. -Any way it may be tried, --. Dolokind Plus (Mankind) [Aceclofenac100 mg +Paracetamol 350 mg] 1 tab. OD & SOS. X 5 days. --. Caldikind plus  (Mankind) 1 tab OD x 10 days. -(You may need help of your local doctor to get these medicines.) --. Fomentation with warm water. Let the part not be exposed to cold. --. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding. --. Use a pillow under the thigh. --. Avoid painful acts & activities. -- .Do mild exercises for the affected part. --.(Take help of physiotherapist or you can visit my you tube channel nc gupta me and my yoga). --Do not ignore, let it not become beginning of a major problem. --Do ask for a detailed treatment plan. It may be back problem or hamstring problem. Try hamstring stretching and gluteal stretching exercises. Consult orthopaedic doctor. You can try home Physio

It looks like a hamstring strain, which can happen when you walk/run a lot. Or it could be due to ischial bursitis, which hurts when you sit on a hard surface.
Next Steps
The treatment for this is --> hamstring stretches, analgesics, hot fomentation, sit in soft cushioned chairs, walking/ activity as tolerated.
