Wrist injury from boxing
There is a pain in my wrist after boxing session. I tried crepe bandage and medicine recommend by my uncle who is chemist. There is reflief in pain but everytime I lift anything there is pain

First thing get done x ray hand & wrist ... Show to any Orthopaedic doctor ... Till that - use local iceing...

Seems ligament injury -apply crepe/wrist brace 2 wks -get xray done -consult nearby Orthopaedic surgeon for clinical evaluation
