Knee pain (left)
Dear Dr, Just recovered from an ankle injury (right) after I twisted it while playing badminton (9 months ago). Now when I am playing badminton again I'm having bad knee pain (left) . Is there an safe pain killer to be taken for knee pain as I need to play a tournament tomorrow. Also my vit D test reports shows I'm having vitamin D dificiency.

Take a painkiller, play the tournament. Avoid it only if you feel the knee is giving way or is severely painful at some particular position of the knee.
